I'm at a loss as to how to introduce, explain or comment on this particular video. It's from Jackie Chan's 1993 film City Hunter. That's all I've got:

My life is enriched to know of this, and I relieved to know that even Jackie Chan can’t win as E. Honda/Honde.
I was going to make a comment about how they had actually used the SNES version of the game (the VS doesn’t have veins on it and E Honda says “OW” instead of “HUAH”) but the wikipedia page actually mentions the audio issue (and a review of the footage reveals the veins to me). Its writers always come through in the nerdy pedantry department.
Although nobody seems to yet have pointed out that Honda’s music is also used for Dhalsim, and that he should not be saying “Tiger!” Ha ha! (weep)
